this machine can do feeding, clamping and cutting circularly under the process . according to particular workpiece, we can design different campand cutting many pipes at the same time, so that the production is increased .
If you need to produce a Ladder, there you will need the follow machines ,(you can choose different machines for different size or type of ladders) , they are : Punching Machines , used for Punching the holes, Riveting machines, used for rivet the tube to pole, Expanding Machine, used for expand and tight the tube, Extruding Machine, used for extrude the Joint on the ladders , Bending Machine, used for bend the splayfoot .

Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit ?
A: Our factory is located in Yongkang,Zhejiang. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available. We will arrange everything here for you .
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: In general, within 30 days. It also depends on the order quantity and machine type. All of our ladder machines can be customized .
Q: What is the term of payment?
A: Payment terms: 50% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T after the machine test and commissioning in our factory before ship out .
Q : How long the Warranty Time for the Machine ?
A : One Year for Free . Lifetime warranty , we will send you the spare parts or replacement to you ,or we will send our engineers to your company to handle everything .
Q: What is the Voltage for the Machine
A: Usually 380V/50HZ Three phase four Wire. But can be customized .
Q : Do you have CE certificate for European Market ?
A: Yes, all of our Machines can pass the CE cert. But currently the CE Cert are under our other client's name , if you need the CE cert under your name, thus you need to pay , usually 1000USD per CE Cert . If you order 10 sets of machines in one time , we can help to bear half and half .
